I’m joining many other bloggers in devoting this day as one of Remembrance for those touched by the unspeakable tragedy at the Sandy Hook elementary school in Newtown, CT. Since Friday, my own mind has continually stopped on that place I’ve never been, and in those moments I’m so overwhelmed by the loss, that I can’t imagine the suffering of those directly affected by the tragedy. While there is no way to make sense of such horror and no way to fathom what the families of the victims are now enduring, stopping for just a moment allows us to collectively grieve. I know even from far away, my family is sharing tears with those in Connecticut….
