My Jolly Rancher lollipops all dressed up for Christmas. These Christmas Jolly Rancher Pops are super-easy for kids to make.
Christmas Jolly Rancher Lollipops
‘Tis the season for green and red and white and sugar and Christmas Jolly Rancher lollipops.
Not to be all grabby with the internet, but the first Jolly Rancher lollipops appeared right here on this very blog before a jillion other bloggers claimed them. Alrighty, I’m a little grabby with the internet.
This is me clutching at fame and riches. Some day. [Shaking fists at the sky.]
I updated those lollipops with these candy pieces of art a couple years later.
And now I’m back for Christmas. They take only minutes to make. The hardest part is unwrapping the candy. Arrange the colors any way you like. Use two, three, four Jolly Ranchers, whatever.

Jolly Rancher Christmas lollipops
you will need:*
red and green Jolly Ranchers
lollipop sticks
white sprinkles
baking tray
aluminum foil
parchment paper
light corn syrup
paint brush
*For the sprinkles, use non-pareils or other larger-sized sprinkles so they aren’t absorbed by the candy. Find the lollipop sticks and sprinkles in the craft store.
what to do:
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil. Place a piece of parchment on top. Arrange a red and green candy next to each other. Space a few more on the tray, but remember you’ll need room to add a stick later.
Place in the oven and bake about 6 to 10 minutes. Keep your eye on the candy.
As soon as the Jolly Ranchers fully melt, remove from the oven. Carefully (because the tray will be hot) place a lollipop stick on a melted candy and rotate to cover the end of the stick with candy.
Immediately sprinkle with white sprinkles. Repeat with the remaining candies on the tray. Let the pops cool completely.
Flip the candy over and, if desired, lightly brush some light corn syrup on the other side and sprinkle with more sprinkles.
