2-ingredient recipes
I’m completely sold any time I see a recipe that boasts “two ingredients.” Because I’m busy. I don’t have time to do all that mixing and pulling from cabinets and stuff. I want EASY! So in the time it would have taken me to make about a week’s worth of 15-ingredient recipes (sigh) I assembled a list of thirty 2-ingredient recipes for breads, appetizers, dinners, sides, and desserts. *

cream + self-rising flour = biscuits
(I’ve made these. They are awesome).
greek yogurt + self-rising flour = pizza dough
(I’ve made this. It is awesome. Only I add 3. garlic salt and 4. Italian seasoning.)
pumpkin + brownie mix = pumpkin brownies
frosting + peanut butter = fudge
frosting + white chocolate = strawberry fudge
chocolate chips + coconut oil = magic shell
heavy cream + sweetened condensed milk = ice cream
peanut butter + bananas = ice cream
coconut + sweetened condensed milk = macaroons
puff pastry + sugar = palmiers
ice cream + self-rising flour = ice cream bread
bananas + oats = healthy cookies
bacon + cinnamon rolls = bacon cinnamon rolls
chicken + Boursin cheese = chicken dinner
chicken + salsa = another chicken dinner
chicken + BBQ sauce = pulled chicken sandwiches
(I top mine with store-bought cole slaw.)
speaking of which…
balsamic vinegar + tomato paste + BBQ sauce
cream cheese + boullion cube = dip
Parmesean + zucchini = zucchini rounds
balsamic vinegar + whiskey = steak marinade
crescent rolls + hot dots = pigs in a blanket
Parmesean cheese + rosemary = cheese crisps
