These mini cinnamon roll pops for Valentine’s Day take minutes to make.
cinnamon rolls on a stick
I fancied myself sooo clever when I came up with the idea for mini cinnamon rolls on a stick while standing in the refrigerated aisle of the supermarket.
Then I looked them up on google and I realized I’m not clever at all. About 500 people beat me to that idea.
So I decided to add some heart sprinkles and call them “mini cinnamon rolls on a stick for Valentine’s Day.” That’s pretty clever, right? Right?
Crickets.
You’ll need a tube of cinnamon rolls, some lollipop sticks and some Valentine’s sprinkles (or any other sprinkles). That’s it.
Perfect for a school party (well, not my kid’s school, which doesn’t allow sweets), a Valentine’s breakfast, or just because.
Or, just skip the sprinkles and make these any old day. And with the whole stick thing, your fingers don’t get sticky. Winning all around.

how to make mini cinnamon rolls on a stick
you will need:*
1 tube Pillsbury cinnamon rolls with icing
lollipop sticks
sprinkles (optional)
*Find the lollipop sticks and sprinkles in the craft store.
What to do:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. Open the tube of cinnamon rolls.
Separate each cinnamon roll. Star to unravel a cinnamon roll and rip it in half.
Squish each half into a circle ,being careful to keep the cinnamon on top. Repeat with the rest of the rolls. Bake for about ten minutes, or until the rolls are cooked through and lightly browned.
I like to let the cinnamon rolls cool about 5 minutes before putting the icing on. Insert the sticks into the rolls.
TIP: To better secure the stick, insert in the icing first. Spread each roll with icing and immediately sprinkle with the sprinkles, if using. Makes 16 pops.
