These bite-size fruit and veggie cookies are a cute and fun treat for Spring.
You know, for health nuts who eat fruits and veggies. These are almost exactly the same thing. Almost. But not really, huh? It’s important to eat fruits and veggies (cookies) every day.
Still, I’m proud to say that while I won’t ever give up my wine and cheese and crackers, despite the content of my blog, I eat a good share of fruits and vegetables. I eat a lot of kale. Dang, I forgot to make a kale cookie! Now I’m picturing a bowl full of kale cookies, like a cookie salad. Guess that’s for another post.
