St. Patrick’s Day cookie cups
Did you know cookie cups are a cinch to make? And you can fill them with great things like pudding? Here I made some chocolate cookie cups filled with pudding for St. Patrick’s Day. As in, “pots of gold.” Or, St. Patrick’s Day cookie cups.
To make these chocolate cookie cups, prepare chocolate cookie dough, chill it, and scoop a ball of dough into the cavities of a greased mini muffin tin.
Press a spoon into the dough to make a little cup.
Bake, let cool, and fill with pudding. Top with gold sprinkles and Lucky Charms to make a pot of gold for St. Patrick’s Day.
