how to make April Fools’ Day chocolate bunny (filled with veggies)
you will need:
- chocolate bunny mold
cocoa candy melts
paint brushes
veggies of your choice
what to do:
Melt about half the bag of candy melts in the microwave according to package directions.
Spoon some in the mold and use a paint brush to cover the cavity in the chocolate.
Scrape along the top of the mold to remove any excess chocolate.
Freeze for 5 minutes and pop the bunny out of the mold.
Brush some more chocolate on any thin or missing areas of chocolate and let set.
Fill with veggies and brush the edges with melted candy melts. Gently hold together, brushing more chocolate on the seam as needed.
Let set and present!
